Can I pay by credit card?

We accept credit or debit card payments over the telephone whether you are ordering on behalf of your organisation or making a private purchase. We accept all major credit or debit cards (please note, we do not accept American Express).

How do I open a credit account?

To open a credit account we require a written request from your organisation on letter headed paper. This can be emailed or posted to us. If we require additional information we may need you to complete a credit request application form. On receipt of the required documentation, our finance team will determine your level of credit and your account information will be sent to you. We aim to complete account applications within 48 hours.

When will you deliver my order?

We aim to despatch all stocked items, subject to availability, from our warehouse on the same day if ordered before 2 pm. Special orders and non-stocked goods may be delivered directly from our manufacturers and may incur additional time and charges to deliver. Larger orders for machinery or items that need to be despatched on a pallet are normally sent on a 2-3 day service.

Our Customer Support team will advise you of any likely delays.

Do you have a minimum order charge?

We have no minimum order charge and offer free delivery on any orders over £75 (for UK mainland only). The only exception to this are products that carry extra carriage charges such as machinery or workbenches, which will be quoted for on order.

How do I arrange a return?

Customers must contact our Customer Support team on 01743 812 200 within 14 working days of delivery to obtain authorisation to return Goods. Goods returned without prior authorisation will not be credited. We reserve the right to charge a minimum of £7.50 to cover any collection and restocking costs we may incur as a result of a customer ordering error.

Customers must return all products unused and in their original packaging, including any manuals software or accessories supplied with the products.

Computer software and consumables (discs, cartridges, cassettes etc.) can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and any seals intact. Failure to follow these guidelines may invalidate any returns claim. Please refer to our T&C’s for further information.

Can you supply a product that doesn’t appear on your website?

We will always try to source items for you that don’t appear online where possible. Please note that these items are likely to have a longer lead time and would be non-returnable. Please contact us with your requirements and we will let you know if we can help.

Can I collect my order?

You are more than welcome to collect your order, please could we request that you place your order 24 hours before collection to allow us time to get your order picked and packed ready for you.
