Epoxy Casting Resin 10kg

It can be cast to 60-70mm thick in one operation. Larger sections can either be cast in layers or with the addition of 80% aluminium granules up to 120mm thick. Heat resistant and can be drilled and machined.

Due to the low exothermic reaction, sections less than 30mm thick or low volumes should be cast with the addition of accelerator (included). It should be post cured before use, this can be achieved by curing at 60-90°c for 4-6 hours after it has hardened at room temp.

Applications: elevated temp tooling, vacuum form tools, foam tools, wax injection tools, RIM tool, RTM tools, backing for metal spray tools.
