Making A Purchase
Making a purchase from our online catalogue could not be easier. Login into our catalogue with the details we have supplied you and add products to your cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button next to the item. Click on the "go to checkout" option to complete your order.

Carriage
U.K. Mainland & Northern Ireland
Orders of value over £500 ex VAT are carriage paid, except workbenches, metals over 1.5m in length, clays, drying racks, and larger palletised items such as pottery wheels, kilns and amchine tools.

Orders under £500 ex VAT will carry delivery charges as follows:

Parcels up to 1.25kg max £5.95.
Parcels over 1.25kg : 48hr service £7.40 for the first parcel £5.25 for each subsequent parcel.
24hr service £8.45 for the first parcel £6.30 for each subsequent parcel.
Guaranteed before 10am service: £10.55
Our standard delivery service is 48hr unless otherwise requested.
The number of parcels is determined by the total weight and the shape and size of the goods.

Metals can be sent in 2 metre/6 foot lengths with TNT. Please contact us for carriage costs.

Pallet Delivery Charges
Standard mainland England & Wales. Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK Isles and elsewhere will incur extra charges. Please enquire at the time of ordering.

Pallet Sizes

Special Request items (Not listed in the catalogue)
These will be charged at Standard Parcelforce/Royal mail delivery rates. Please enquire at the time of ordering.

Deliveries made direct from technology supplies Ltd suppliers
Carriage will be charged at cost. Please enquire on placement of order.

Channel Islands & BFPO at cost
Parcels are sent by International Standard Parcel Service. As a guide the costs per parcel are:
Parcels 0.5kg - 10kg £3.20 to £8.80. Parcels 10kg - 30kg £11.50

Other Overseas Destinations
Carriage at cost. Please ask for a quotation.

Delivery
Orders are despatched within 1-5 days, unless school holidays intervene, 90% of which are complete.
If an order is not complete when first despatched we do not charge carriage on the 'to follow' items.
Please advise us if a delivery cannot be made during school holidays.

Prices
The prices shown in this catalogue include an educational discount. We shall endeavour to hold prices stable for the life of the catalogue, but reserve the right to charge the prices ruling at the date of despatch.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Terms
Nett monthly account.
Payment terms are nett monthly account. Please notify us of any shortages or damage within 3 days of delivery and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of the date of invoice. Any goods conveyed to customers remain the property of Technology Supplies Ltd until paid for in full, but liability for those goods transfers to the customer upon receipt. All business is transacted under our Terms and Conditions of Business, copies of which we are happy to supply upon request.
