Terms and ConditionsPRICES All prices shown in this catalogue are effective from 1st April 2010 – 31st March 2011 and supersede all previous prices. Prices in this catalogue include an educational discount and are not structured to include carriage charges. Prices are exclusive of VAT, this will be added to all UK and EC orders (where applicable) at the current rate. Whilst we endeavour to maintain our catalogue prices we reserve the right t o vary our prices in accordance with economic conditions without prior notice. Any price reductions will be passed onto the customer in the same way. Errors or omissions are subject to alteration without notice.
TERMS Payment terms are nett monthly account. Please notify us of any shortages or damage within 3 days of delivery and in the case of non-delivery within 10 days of the date of invoice. Any goods conveyed to customers remain the property of Technology Supplies Ltd until paid for in full, but liability for those goods transfers to the customer upon receipt. All business is transacted under our Terms and Conditions of Business, copies of which we are happy to supply upon request. dElIvERy We endeavour to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of order. However, we do experience extremely high order volumes during June/July and September/October each year and would advise that orders could be delayed during these periods. Please advise us if delivery cannot be made during school holidays. If an order is incomplete when first despatched, we do not charge carriage on the ‘to follow’ items.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY We are continually seeking to improve the quality and value of our goods and services. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information given in this catalogue is accurate, changes do occur and goods can be modified or discontinued by the manufacturer. In this event we will offer as close an alternative as possible. We do reserve the right to change specifications or improve our goods. Being a distributor of all the major brand names we can also quote for items which may not be in our catalogue.

CARRIAGE U.K. MAINLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND All orders will be delivered FREE of charge providing the order value is over £500 (ex. VAT). The only exception to this are products which carry extra carriage charges such as workshop machinery, workbenches and Metals of 1.5m and over in length. These items are marked as “Carriage Extra” in the catalogue. Metals can be sent in 2 metre/6foot lengths with TNT. Please contact us for carriage costs. The number of parcels is determined by the total weight and the shape/size of the goods and our standard delivery service is 48 hours unless otherwise requested. Orders under £500 (ex VAT) will carry delivery charges as follows: Parcels up to 1.25kg: £6.15 maximum Parcels over 1.25kg: £7.65 (1st box) & £5.40 (all subsequent boxes) If a 24 hour service: £8.45 (1st box) & £6.30 (all subsequent boxes) Guaranteed before 10am service: £13.50

RETURNS STATEMENT We offer a free returns service where items have: • Been sent by us in error; or • Been damaged in transit; or • Become faulty. It is our normal practice to offer a refund or exchange in respect of damaged items. If within 28 days of despatch, an item becomes faulty it must be adequately packaged before return to us. This will then be examined upon return, and may be sent to the manufacturer for further investigation, before you are advised of the appropriate course of action e.g. replacement item or refund. If within 12 months of despatch, an item becomes faulty this will only be replaced if it is determined, following inspection, that the fault has not been caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, general wear and tear etc.
RETURNS POLICY FOR STOCK ITEMS e.g. listed in our catalogues Where a stock item is not available, a like for like alternative may be supplied (although this will be discussed with you prior to despatch). If upon receipt, the alternative is not acceptable these items can be returned to us, free of charge. However, before returning any goods, please contact our Customer Service Department for details of how to return the goods e.g. by Freepost or via our preferred courier. Where items have been incorrectly ordered, or you change your mind, you will be responsible for the carriage charges to return the goods to us. All items must be returned in a saleable condition (unused), in their original undamaged packaging together with all paperwork etc. However, before returning any goods, please contact our Customer Service Department for authorisation to return the goods 01630 637300. We will consider the overall condition of the item(s) being returned when making a refund and only unused items will be refunded. We recommend that proof of postage is obtained when returning any items to us. Please do not return any items to us without first obtaining the necessary authorisation from our Customer Services Department 01630 637300.
RETURNS POLICY FOR NON STOCK ITEMS e.g. not listed in our catalogues If we have supplied an item bought in at your request/specification, it is NOT possible to return these items, if correctly supplied by us, without the agreement of both Technology Supplies and our supplier. Special non-standard items ordered upon your request which you subsequently wish to return will incur a re-stocking charge of 20%. In the event that you do need to return item(s) to us, please contact our Customer Service Department who will request details of what is to be returned. They will then advise you, in writing, as to whether or not the goods can be returned and, if so, the procedure for doing this. Please do not return any items to us without first obtaining the necessary authorisation from our Customer Services Department. In the event of non-stock item(s) being returned you will be responsible for all carriage charges and also agree to pay an administrative handling charge / re-stocking charge of 20%. Again, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when returning any items to us.
