	Clamps / Trend CNC Smart Lite Ref: 530-033 The mechanical clamps are of solid aluminium construction with jaws of MDF. Three steel spring-loaded eccentric cam clamps hold the material effectively between the jaws. Measuring tapes fitted in line with each axis aid workpiece positioning. A sliding stop enables positioning on the X axis plane. 	Trend CNC Smart Plus Ref: 530-031 This three axis machining centre is capable of machining a wide variety of materials ranging from natural timbers to man-made boards, plastics, non ferrous metals, paper, cardboard and leather. The solid construction of this machine is the same as all of the machines within the range. The drivers have been developed to give the highest reliability and efficiency. The controller software and hardware is of high quality, giving the machine continuous movement on all three axis, making the machine suitable for 3D work. The three axis can reach a maximum speed of 3m/min. The machine comes as standard with a High Frequency Motor which is controlled via the software. The maximum speed of the head is 18,000rpm and a minimum of 3,000rpm. The machine meets all of the requirements for safety (EN848 part 3). The door is interlocked with the control of the machine. Opening the door will cause the machine to stop moving and also the head to stop rotating. Programs can be run from the onboard controller or via a PC connected to the machine using Bach software.
