The Thermoforming Centre saves the space and cost of individual machines, and combines at least six thermoforming processes in one compact and mobile unit. With thoughtful design, the vacuum / pressure pump and heater system become multi-function utilities used in a number of processes.

The Model 911 majors on the following thermoforming techniques:
Vacuum Forming
Injection Moulding
Free Dome Blowing
Extrusion
Plastic Dip Coating
Plastic Welding

Using the Oven and Press facility the range of
processes can be further expanded to cover:-
Press Forming
Plastic memory demonstrations
General sheet heating
Annealing plastics or metals up to (Typically) 350°C (660°F)
