	Basic Logic Kit LK70A Ref: 250-651 LK70A Basic logic kit. The Locktronics system consists of electronic components mounted underneath tough moulded polystyrene carriers with the appropriate circuit symbol on the top surface. Circuits are assembled by inserting these carriers between metal baseboard pillars which act as connectors. The special self-cleaning plated phosphor bronze springs on the carriers ensure excellent electrical contact and as no wires or other forms of connection are used the final uncluttered layout looks very like the circuit diagram. Components can be removed and changed easily without disturbing the whole circuit. A student needs a base board with a selection of components which can either be purchased separately or in the form of kits which cater for different levels and topic areas. These kits introduce basic electronic logic. They cover truth tables the OR AND & NOT gates electronic logic gates IC logic gates combining logic gates NAND & NOR gates and the Schmitt trigger.
