Roger Weeks & Michael Roberts

Technology Supplies was
launched in 1986 by Design & Technology teachers
Michael Roberts and Roger Weeks who founded the company
to supply products to schools to meet the needs of a
developing design & technology curriculum.
Our success means that we are now a leading supplier
to schools and colleges of a much wider range of equipment
including tools, materials and resources covering three
major curriculum areas, Art, Science and Design &
Technology.

|
A specialist projects division was created in 2002 providing the latest and
best workshop machinery and equipment for schools. In
more recent years, this has expanded to meet the requirements
of build and refurbishment projects under the Government’s
‘Building Schools for the Future’ initiative.
Through our team of dedicated Project Managers, we have
successfully installed hundreds of educational workshops
and tech rooms throughout the UK. |
 |
|
Our head office
is located at Phoenix House, Tern Hill, Market Drayton,
Shropshire with our warehouse facility being located
close by at Rose Hill, Market Drayton.
In 2005, to coincide with the retirement
of Roger Weeks, Demco Inc. acquired Technology Supplies
Limited. Demco provides furniture and equipment to libraries
across the United States and Europe. Technology Supplies
has retained its identity, operating as an autonomous
wholly-owned subsidiary of Demco. |

Gordon Campbell
|
|
Michael Roberts has recently retired as the company director. The responsibility for the continued growth of the business has now been passed to his successor Gordon Campbell.
|
 |
|
Throughout 2007 Technology Supplies continued its successful strategy of achieving sustainable business growth. Investment in a new fleet of vehicles, together with recruitment of additional members of staff across all areas of the business, ensures the continued future success of the company as we move into 2008. |
